Per NFL Network's Mike Garafolo, former Alabama defensive tackle A'Shawn Robinson has inked a 3-year, $22.5 million deal with the Carolina Panthers.

Robinson was a staple on the Alabama defensive front from 2013-2015, racking up 133 tackles, 22 tackles for loss, and nine sacks over 39 games for the Crimson Tide.

Robinson was also a critical part of Alabama's 2015 title run.

Robinson's consensus All-American campaign in 2015 made him the No. 46 overall pick in the 2016 NFL draft by the Detroit Lions.

Robinson spent the first four years of his NFL career in Detroit, recording 120 tackles and five sacks during that span. The Alabama alumnus would join the Rams in 2020, signing a two-year, $17 million deal.

Robinson struggled with injury at times in Los Angeles but still played an instrumental part in the Rams' Super Bowl win over the Cincinnati Bengals, racking up six tackles and a sack en route to a Super Bowl ring.

Last offseason, Robinson signed a one-year deal with the New York Giants, where he recorded 62 tackles and six TFLs.

Robinson teams up with former Alabama quarterback Bryce Young in Carolina.
