Former Alabama guard JD Davison has signed another two-way contract with the Boston Celtics.

"The Boston Celtics announced today that the team has signed guard J.D. Davison to a two-way contract. Per team policy, terms of the agreement were not disclosed," said the Celtics in the official press release.

The Ala., native spent one season at the Capstone (2021-22) before being drafted as the No. 53 overall pick in the 2022 NBA Draft by the Celtics.

Davison signed a two-way contract last year as well and saw time with both Boston and the Maine Celtics, the G-League team.

Last season, he appeared in 12 games for Boston, averaging 5.5 minutes, 1.6 points, 0.8 rebounds, and 0.9 assists per game. He saw time in 26 games for Maine, averaging 31.3 minutes, 12.5 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 8.7 assists per game.
