Former Alabama linebacker Drew Sanders has been drafted by the Denver Broncos as the No. 67 overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft.

The Texas native spent two seasons at the Capstone, recording 33 total tackles (16 solo, 17 assisted), 2.5 tackles for loss for 13 yards, one sack for seven yards, and two passes defended.

Sanders entered the transfer portal on Jan. 11, 2022, and transferred to Arkansas shortly after, earning a starting spot on the Razorbacks defense.

Last season, he recorded 103 total tackles (40 solo, 63 assisted), 13.5 tackles for loss, 9.5 sacks, six passes defended, three forced fumbles, and an interception.

Sanders will be a huge asset to the Broncos defense.
