Former Alabama linebacker Mack Wilson has re-signed with the New England Patriots.

The Ala., native spent three seasons at the Capstone. During his Tide tenure, he recorded 119 total tackles (62 solo, 57 assisted), 7.5 tackles for loss for 13 yards, one sack for one yard, 13 passes defended, six interceptions, and one fumble recovery.

The former All-SEC Second-Team member was drafted as the No. 155 overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft by the Cleveland Browns. He stayed in Ohio until he was traded to the Patriots on March 16, 2022.

Last season in New England, Wilson saw time in all 17 games, recording 26 total tackles (11 solo, 15 assisted), 1.5 sacks, and one pass defended. He was a big help to the No. 11 ranked Patriots defense. 

He was one of three players signed by the Patriots on Monday afternoon, alongside tight end Mike Gesicki and offensive tackle Riley Reiff.

The 25-year-old will stay with former Alabama quarterback Mac Jones, linebacker Anfernee Jennings, and defensive lineman Christian Barmore.
