Former Alabama basketball standout Trevor Releford has decided to continue playing basketball in Poland.

The 6'0" point guard was undrafted in the 2014 NBA Draft, but played in the NBA Summer League with the Atlanta Hawks. He has signed to play in the Polish Basketball League with King Wilki Morskie.

Releford is Alabama's 4th all-time leading scorer with 1,873. He is the Crimson Tide's all-time leader in steals (263), steals per game average (1.9), and total games played (134). He ended his four year career averaging 14.1 points, 3.0 assists, and 1.9 steals per game including 18.5 points per game as a senior. In his short stint with the Atlanta Hawks, he averaged 6.8 points per game in 5 games.

Releford should be a valued player for the Sea Wolves in Poland although he likely has his sights set on starting in the NBA. Trevor's older brother, Travis Releford, had a successful college career with the Kansas JayHawks and currently plays professional basketball for Okapi Aalstar in Belgium.
