Alabama's baseball team kicks off their 2015 campaign this Friday against Maryland Eastern Shore in a three game series in Hoover, Alabama. The Crimson Tide is looking get off to a hot start as they attempt to work their way into a third consecutive Regional Playoff appearance.

Before the season officially begins, Alabama brought in former Yankees pitcher Andy Pettitte to speak to the team:



Pettitte retired as a New York Yankee in 2013 alongside legendary closer Mariano Rivera. He would finish with 2,448 career strikeouts and a 3.85 total ERA.
