Four Alabama Players Get a Sackful With Krystal NIL Deal
Four Alabama players have just signed a new NIL deal with the fast food chain Krystal on Tuesday.
The four players included are junior linebacker Will Anderson, senior safety Jordan Battle, senior linebacker Henry To'oTo'o and junior safety Brian Branch. All four of these players are expected to start and be impact players for the Crimson Tide defense this season.
Krystal has been a popular NIL avenue for many players across the country and the SEC. Krystal has partnered with players from Auburn, Georgia and Tennessee throughout the year. The amount of revenue each player will make remains disclosed, but all four guys have been busy on the NIL trail so far this season.
Anderson is expected to be the ring leader of the Alabama defense this year and should be in consideration for the Heisman Trophy. The ''Terminator" had a season for the ages last year, he finished with 101 total tackles including 31 for loss and 17.5 sacks.
Senior Jordan Battle is also looking to improve on a good season last year. The Florida native had 85 total tackles and a team high three interceptions with two returned for a touchdown including one in Alabama's SEC Championship win against Georgia.
Another senior who claims he has unfinished business with the Tide is middle linebacker Henry To'o To'o. The Tennessee transfer was the Tide's signal caller on defense and he also led the team in tackles last season with 111.
Junior safety Brian Branch has a solid season for the defending SEC Champions and is looking to build off that success. Branch finished the season with 55 total tackles, five tackles for loss and one sack, while leading the team in pass breakups with nine.
All four of these players are looking to be leaders this season in hopes of winning Alabama a national championship for the first time since 2020.
