"Long reactionary defensive back with fluid hips that transitions smoothly in and out of breaks. More of a smooth hipped athlete than he is quick twitch explosive. Appears to have good short area quickness and change of direction ability. Displays good patience and suddenness as a man to man slot defender. Possesses above average play speed," said national recruiting analyst for 247Sports Cooper Petagna.

Mitchell is familiar with the Capstone as he has had three unofficial visits and attended two junior days. The Tide was one of 34 total offers for the cornerback and he received his offer from Alabama in September of 2019.

247Sports projects Alabama has a 69.2% chance to land the dominant defensive star.
