Four-Star Running Back Puts Alabama in Final Five Schools

Four-star class of 2025 running back Anthony Rogers has announced his final five programs.

The sophomore will choose between Auburn, Florida, Georgia, Oregon, and Alabama.

He ranks No. 88 nationally, No. 8 in running backs, and No. 19 in the state of Fla., according to 247Sports Composite.

Rogers is an Ala., native and played at Pike Road his first two years of high school. He recently transferred to IMG Academy in Bradenton, Fla.

Last season, he saw time on the field as an offensive weapon and on the special teams unit. He recorded 187 rush attempts for 1,626 yards and 22 touchdowns and eight receptions for 219 yards and two touchdowns.

Rogers is set to commit on Friday, June 2, 2023.

According to the On3Sports Recruiting Prediction Machine, Alabama is the favorite to land the prospect with a 39.5% chance.
