Former Alabama quarterback Bryce Young has turned 22 today, just as Carolina Panthers training camp in Spartanburg, S.C., gets started.

The Heisman winner recently inked his rookie contract, agreeing to terms on a four-year, $37.9 million deal.

Young is set to have a significant role in his rookie season, already being named the Panthers' week one starter.

With Young taking over a team whose fanbase is hungry for its first playoff appearance since 2017, expectations are high for the now-22-year-old.

We wish Bryce a happy birthday here at Tide 100.9!
