A viral Facebook post from College Sports Corner is circulating social media, claiming that Jalen Milroe will be QB1 for the Crimson Tide.

"Jalen Milroe has reportedly won the starting QB job for Alabama, according to sources inside the program. He will start week 1 vs Middle Tennessee," wrote College Sports Corner on Facebook.

Milroe  has seen time in 12 games in his two seasons at Alabama, going 34-of-60 for 338 yards, six touchdowns, three interceptions, and 46 rush attempts for 322 yards and one touchdown.

The Crimson Tide kicks off its season against Middle Tennessee State on Saturday, Sept. 2, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. CT. Coverage will be on Tide 100.9 FM and the Tide 100.9 app which is free to download in the App Store.
