Several weeks ago, in the wake of a massive recruiting scandal involving McDonald's bags full of cash at Tennessee, arguably its best player in linebacker Henry To'o To'o announced his intentions to leave Knoxville and enter his name into the transfer portal.

When the announcement was first made, 247Sports' Chris Hummer reported that four schools were among the favorites to land the services of To'o To'o. Those schools were Alabama, which barely lost out to Tennessee in To'o To'o's original recruiting process, as well as Michigan, Georgia, and USC.

To'o To'o, a native of Concord, California held offers during his recruitment process from Alabama and Tennessee, as well as Utah, Washington, and Arizona. USC looms large as an in state powerhouse and will likely be Nick Saban's greatest challenge to get To'o To'o in crimson.

The crystal ball prediction from 247Sports predicts To'o To'o to come to Tuscaloosa, where he would undoubtedly form a fearsome duo with soon to be junior linebacker Christian Harris.

To'o To'o was named a freshman All-American for his efforts in the 2019 season as well as being named to the preseason First Team All-SEC in 2020. He did not disappoint, leading Tennessee with 76 tackles with 10 being for a loss, which was good enough for 4th in the SEC.

To'o To'o has been a huge force on defense since the day he stepped on campus. Surely he will look to continue this elite play on the field whether it be for Nick Saban or another coach.
