Johnny Manziel Parties with Huge Stack of Money [VIDEO]

In a shocking development last weekend, it appears that Johnny Manziel hasn't lost his passion for having a good time. 

The Cleveland Browns quarterback was hanging out in Houston with his good friend and rapper Drake when a friend shared a video of Manziel joking about the stack of money in his hand.

The video was posted by former UT-Arlington golfer Jamey Taylor, who summed up this video better than we ever could with the caption:
