Lane Kiffin Reveals Texts He Sent Nick and Terry Saban This Week

The whole SEC Network crew is in Oxford, Miss. gearing up for the big matchup between No. 9 Alabama and No. 11 Ole Miss.

On Friday, Ole Miss head coach Lane Kiffin appeared on The Paul Finebaum Show where he revealed texts he sent to Nick Saban and his wife Terry Saban this week.

Kiffin first let Finebaum know that Saban had not responded to any of the messages that he had sent this week.

"He [Saban] would not be communicating the week of a game, I don't think to any coach that's to be expected," said Kiffin. "The good thing with coach, you know what to expect. There are not going to be any curve balls with him."

Kiffin then revealed what he actually sent to his former boss and his wife.

"I was not thinking when I sent him your [Finebaum] article about what you said, I knew he wouldn't respond," said Kiffin. "I sent it to him and Miss Terry."

Earlier in the week, Kiffin spoke about Finebaum giving Saban "goat fuel" and the Rebel head coach was not too happy about the radio host pumping up the Crimson Tide.
