Just when we thought we couldn’t love Mac Jones anymore, he continues to find ways to prove us wrong.

The former Alabama and current New England Patriots quarterback was seen giving out ice cream for an event at Hood Park in Charlestown, Mass., on Friday. The event showcased his “Mac Attack” ice cream, named after the Pro Bowl signal-caller.

The flavor consists of vanilla ice cream with blue cookie dough swirls, mixed with chunks of cookie dough and chocolate chip rice chips. Sounds pretty good to me, but maybe they could have added a little more cookie dough.

Fans were reportedly lining up well ahead of the time that Jones was scheduled to make an appearance, which goes to show the support and admiration that New England fans have for their QB1.

However, Jones himself might have stayed away from too much ice cream at the event. The quarterback has been praised for his dieting and conditioning over the off-season so far and for getting into better shape heading into his sophomore year.

Jones spoke with NBCSports' Patriots reporter Phil Perry about the changes he’s made and also how he’s already seeing the results.

“I made significant strides in that area. Fixing my body, feeling comfortable and feeling healthier and better. At the end of the day, you’re still a human and you want to eat what you want to eat, but you have to be disciplined as best as you can," said Jones.

With all the off-season workouts that Jones has been involved in, it’s great to see how he still finds time to show some love to the fans of New England.
