Alabama suffered a loss to Texas A&M on Saturday to close out its regular season games. It has been a trend to see the Tide struggle on road this year, but to be losing this close to tournament play has fans stressed.

Nate Oats appeared on "Hey Coach" yesterday and spoke about how practice looked after the upsetting loss.

"Today was a lot of skill [in practice], just getting back to us, being good at who we are. We got a lot of shooting up. We opted not to do a clean-up on the A&M game. ... If we play them again, we'll clean up that."

The Tide has barely scraped by in its last four games and with its luck finally running out against A&M, the guys need to get their mojo back. Some fans and hecklers alike believe Oats should bring the hammer down on his team, but he has a different approach.

"I didn't want to make [practice] too negative. We've had a great year. It's a new season. We got to get our minds right, we've got to get back to playing well, shooting the ball well, get our energy back right. I thought today's practice was good."

Alabama's basketball team has dealt with so much this season but continues to show up for each other every game they need their depth now more than ever. Oats has till the end of the week to get his guys right and ready to face their next competitor.
