The University of Alabama men's basketball team defeated the Georgia Bulldogs 108-59 which is Alabama's fifth 100 plus point game of the season. Alabama is also the first SEC team since 1955 to beat three conference teams by 40 or more.

While players like Brandon Miller, who had 21 points and Mark Sears, who had 17 points showed out again, another player showed up to help the Crimson Tide to another bounce back win, Nick Pringle.

Pringle was awarded the Hard Hat after the game after having his first double-double while at Alabama with 19 points and 12 rebounds. Pringle shot 9-of-12 from field goal range and 11 of the 12 rebounds came from defensive rebounds.

Pringle's previous best game of the season was Dec. 20 against Jackson State where he put up 14 points and nine rebounds.

"Im just happy to go out there and give it my all and do what I can for this team," Pringle said after the game. "I just like to come out there and set an example by being the aggressor, I like to bring the energy and the guys know that, I mean I'm one of those guys at practice that get a little chippy, so they know what I bring. I'm just glad I'm here to have that role to take part of, and to help others grow,"

"I'm happy for him, because he's a guy that was a little frustrated because he wasn't playing as much not to long ago and just kept working hard," head coach Nate Oats said of Pringle's performance. "We actually put him on the scout team maybe a month or so ago to get him more reps and he has done a great job emulating the other teams bigs."

Alabama will head on the road to play at South Carolina, Wednesday, Feb.22.
