After another national championship, Alabama is expected to lose a number of players to the NFL again and the first underclassmen has reportedly declared.

According to WHNT, running back Bo Scarbrough has decided to forego his final season in Tuscaloosa in favor of turning professional and entering the NFL Draft.

Scarbrough, a Tuscaloosa native, will finish his Alabama career with over 1,500 career rushing yards and 20 touchdowns. His big breakout came during the latter half of the 2016 season, where he finished the final four games against ranked opponents with more than 450 yards and six touchdowns.

He was injured in the national championship game against Clemson after already scoring two touchdowns and entered the 2017 with lofty expectations. Although he might not have met some of those set by the media and fans, Scarbrough still tied for second on the team with eight rushing touchdowns.
