Rodney Orr Reviews Landon Dickerson to Bama
Father's Day weekend proved to be a fruitful weekend for Alabama football as one of the top offensive line prospects from the 2016 recruiting class.
Florida State offensive lineman Landon Dickerson announced his intention to transfer to Alabama after two years in Tallahassee. The native of Hickory, North Carolina, was a five-star prospect and rated as the number five offensive tackle in the 2016 signing class according to 247Sports.
Dickerson became the first true freshman offensive lineman to start a home game with the Seminoles since 1982, but missed the rest of the season after seven starts due to an injured ACL.
Once he has completed his academic responsibilities for the summer in Tallahassee, Dickerson will be immediately eligible to play for the Crimson Tide.
During his visit on The Gary Harris Show, Rodney Orr analyzed how Dickerson's versatility could impact the offensive line.
"He has the versatility to legitimately play every position up front on the offensive line including center." Orr said.
Find out what the founder of TiderInsider.com had to say about Dickerson's chances of significant playing time and the latest on the recruiting front including his thoughts on Quandarrius Robinson, Demouy Kennedy and Will Anderson.
