Meet Alabama high school coach Dre'mail King, creating history by inspiring young men in West Blocton and Tuscaloosa.

While attending the Capstone, Mr. Pernell along with 4 other students became the first five black players to walk on to the historically segregated Crimson Tide football team.

Joseph Eatmon Sr. is Shelton State Community College's first African American head coach in school history. He's living black history right here in Tuscaloosa.
