Former Alabama wide receiver, Christion Jones, has been released from the Edmonton Eskimos after tweeting homophobic remarks on Saturday night. Jones has played in the CFL four the last three years. Jones has been the subject of backlash on Twitter since expressing his opinion, he has since deleted the incriminating tweet.
