National Signing Day

It's been head coach Nick Saban's forte since he arrived in Tuscaloosa: play solid, fundamental, dominant defense. In order to play dominant defense, it helps to have talent on the field, and the 2016 signing class for Alabama has quite a few defensive players that could make a splash next season.

It isn't often that a freshman gets to enter Nick Saban's system and immediately make an impact, but over the past few years, he's recruited so well that it has become nearly inevitable that at least one freshman will get his chance to shine early in his career at The Capstone.

Richie Petitbon, 4 star recruit out of Washington, D.C., was on "The Game" Thursday night to talk about his recruiting process and why he chose Alabama.
