Class of 2023, three-star offensive tackle Raymond Pulido has committed to the Crimson Tide.

 

The Apple Valley, Calif., native ranks at No. 37 in offensive tackles and is the No. 37 prospect in the state of Calif., according to 247Sports.

The upcoming senior is the 20th commit for the top recruiting class in the nation.

“Bama has everything I need to be successful. The competition in practice is going to be better than most games so I’ll constantly be getting better and that’s what I was looking for," said Pulido to 247Sports about his commitment.

The 6'6, 345 lb tackle joins Tuscaloosa native Wilkin Formby, Olaus Alinen, and Miles McVay in a strong tackle room next year.

“Bama is Bama for a reason and I’m super excited to be a part of their program. A year ago, I never would have thought I would have an opportunity to play for Nick Saban but I’m ready. I want to step up and be the guy from Cali that comes over and succeeds," said Pulido. 

Pulido picked the Capstone over big programs like Oregon, UCLA, Arizona, and Louisville.
