Can we now officially proclaim that Tiger Woods is back? Sure, we've asked this question a million times in the past three years, but the 14-time major winner sent a resounding yes to the golf world on Monday when he won a rain-delayed Arnold Palmer Invitational by two strokes. With the win, Woods jumps to first in the FedEx Cup Standings, but more importantly, he returns to the top of the Official World Golf Rankings.

Woods last held the top spot in October 2010 before Lee Westwood took the ranking over. He's battled swing changes and issues in his personal life, but has claimed two tournament wins in four appearances this season and will return to The Masters as an overwhelming favorite again.

We won't be able to see Woods in action again until he arrives at Augusta National Golf Club in two weeks, but it should be quite a show. Whether his game has returned to its peak or not, Woods has either won or finished in the top eight in 12 out of the past 16 years at The Masters.
