Alabama tight end Miller Forristall's sophomore season was cut short after he suffered a torn ACL against Colorado State in just the third week. After receiving a medical redshirt for 2017, Forristall is back to full speed as Alabama works through fall camp.

"Yeah, I'm doing really well," Forristall said. I'm blessed to be in the position I'm in with the best staff, I think in the country bar none."

Even though the rehabilitation process might be over, an athlete still has to overcome that mental hurdle of seeing how his body reacts in a game situation. For Forristall, it didn't take him long to test his knee.

"I had one catch last scrimmage. Caught the ball, Savion (Smith) came, hit me right on the leg. I was like 'Ahhh, I'm alive.'"

Forristall will be part of a deep group of tight ends for the Crimson Tide in 2018.
