Willing his team to a 3-0 start to the NFL season, Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry is your Week 3 Bama Pro of the Week.

The Heisman Trophy winner racked up 119 yards on 26 carries scoring his first two touchdowns of the young season. He also had two receptions for 11 yards.

His second touchdown made highlight reels as the 247-pound back leaped over his offensive line to close the gap on the Minnesota Vikings' lead. That touchdown sprung the charge on the Titans' 31-30 comeback victory Sunday.

"I was just trying to get in the end zone -- I just made the decision to go up top, and get in," Henry said after the game. "I do whatever I can to get it in there."

This game was the 15th time Henry has rushed for over 100 yards. Subsequently, the Titans have yet to lose a game in which Henry hits that benchmark.

Henry is now the NFL's rushing leader with 319 yards. Behind him is Week 1 Bama Pro of the Week Josh Jacobs of the Las Vegas Raiders with 252. Henry's 106.3 yards-per-game average puts him ahead of the pace that gave him a league-leading 1540 yards.

Next week Henry's Titans will host the likewise undefeated Pittsburgh Steelers in a crucial interconference matchup. The Steelers sport one of the best defenses in the NFL, so the game should prove to be one of the league's best matchups of the young season.

However, the Titans and the Vikings both left Sunday's game with some bad news related to the pandemic. Both squad's won't be meeting in person today as a result of multiple positive COVID-19 results according to Adam Schefter.
