Where Will the Bama Players Get Drafted Next Week?

Kennedy Paynter of Drafttek.com joined The Gary Harris Show this past Thursday. Harris had Paynter review each of the 10 Alabama players who have entered the NFL Draft. You can hear the entire interview on the Tide 100.9 Youtube page.

Paynter was supportive of the NFL continuing to hold the draft and said the league will make a lot of money because its the only event going on. Harris then had Paynter evaluate Tua Tagovailoa and examine why he thinks his stock has been all over the map the last few weeks.

Paynter then talked about the wide receivers and declared Jerry Jeudy to be his top receiver in this draft. He compared Jeudy to former Alabama wide receiver Calvin Ridley. He predicted both receivers would be drafted in the teens next week and named a few teams that would possibly pick them.

Paynter called tackle Jedrick Wills his top tackle in this year's Draft. Wills has played his whole career at right tackle and many people want him to switch to the left. Paynter declared he believes he can make that switch, but even if he can't he declared Wills would make a strong right tackle.

Paynter gave his opinion of the other six Alabama players, Xavier McKinney, Trevon Diggs, Terrell Lewis, Raekwon Davis, Jared Mayden and Shyheim Carter. Tune into the whole interview for Paynter's opinions.
