19 years ago today was a day that director Brett Morgen said evoked every emotion possible when it came to sport: Arnold Palmer played his last round at the US Open, the World Cup kicked off in Chicago, Patrick Ewing and the Knicks continued their push for a title, Donald Fehr continued a standoff with the baseball owners.

And then, there was the O.J. Simpson police chase through the streets of Los Angeles.  What do you remember about that police chase?

I remember being 6 years olds, sitting on the white, laminate tile floor of my grandparent’s house as I wondered what the fascination was with this truck driving on the Los Angeles freeway. I remember my mother trying to explain to me what was exactly going on.

Yes, June 17th 1994 was one of the most interesting days in sports, captured to perfectly in this ESPN 30 for 30 film, under the same title. Unlike the other films in the series there are no interviews, just clips, telling the story of the day.
