2024 DL Recruit Flips From Alabama...Again

The tumultuous recruitment of in-state defensive lineman Antonio Coleman took another turn late Saturday evening.

Coleman originally committed to Alabama on Sept. 11, 2023. He remained committed to the Crimson Tide through the remainder of the season before de-committing and flipping his commitment to Auburn on Dec. 22.

Auburn's 2025 recruiting class took a hit in March when Coleman flipped back to the Crimson Tide from the Tigers.

His recruitment has, once again, taken a strange turn. According to Hayes Fawcett of On3, Coleman has now flipped from Alabama back to Auburn, again.

Coleman attended Auburn's Big Cat Cookout on Saturday. He was expected to attend Alabama's Cold Summer Cookout on Sunday, but those plans might be in jeopardy with his recent commitment flip.

Coleman, a four-star, top-120 prospect in the 2025 class, has recorded 131 tackles, 42.5 tackles for loss, 7.5 sacks, and one fumble recovery in two seasons with the Spartans varsity team.

It may not be the only recruiting change this weekend, as another Alabama commitment has been picking up steam to the Auburn Tigers.
