Aaron Suttles Delivers His Post Alabama vs. Clemson Message [Audio]

Days after seeing Alabama narrowly miss out on their 17^th national championship, Crimson Tide fans and various talking heads have offered opinions on the reasons for Clemson’s win in Tampa.

Fresh off his trip home from Tampa, Aaron Suttles laid out his message for Alabama fans and his thoughts on the Crimson Tide’s 35-31 loss to Clemson during his opening monologue on Wednesday’s edition of The Suttles Approach.

To open his first segment monologue, Suttles summarized a number of factors that affected the contest including the presence of Deshaun Watson, Bo Scarbrough’s third quarter injury, penalties and a worn out Alabama defense.

After laying out the reasons for Alabama's loss, Suttles acknowledged the pain that Alabama fans felt about the close loss but encouraged them to take pride in how the Crimson Tide played.

“I know you’re hurting. I know you’re sad. I know you’re depressed. You feel like you’ve been punched in the stomach, but that team left everything it had on the field. They have no reason to hang their head. You have no reason to be angry at them or to be upset. You should feel nothing but pride for being an Alabama football fan today, plain and simple.” Suttles stated.

The host of Southern Fried Sports relayed his observation of the Crimson Tide’s effort Monday night, the impact of Scarbrough’s injury on the game’s outcome and the emotions from the players in the post-game locker room.
