Alabama Baseball Learns NCAA Tournament Fate
The Crimson Tide baseball team did not earn a hosting bid for the NCAA Tournament, but the Crimson Tide won't travel too far away from Tuscaloosa for the regionals.

Alabama baseball will be the two-seed in the Hattiesburg Regional, heading to Hattiesburg, Mississippi, as Southern Miss earned the 16th and final hosting bid in the NCAA Tournament.
Joining the Tide and the Eagles in Pete Taylor Park are the Miami Hurricanes and the Columbia Lions. If the Tide can secure three wins over the three days, Alabama will move on to the Super Regionals.
Alabama's first game will come against the Miami Hurricanes in the Hattiesburg Regional, likely on May 30.
Alabama ended its regular season with 41 wins, 13th in RPI, and 17 SEC wins. Alabama went 1-1 in the SEC tournament, with a victory over Missouri and a loss to Tennessee.
