
Alabama Basketball Falls Two Spots in AP Poll Following IBOB Loss
After a loss to rival Auburn in the IBOB, Alabama MBK fell two spots in the latest AP Poll. Alabama is ranked No.4 in the AP Poll as they look to rebound from this weekends defeat.

Top-ranked Auburn, led by Johni Broome and Tahaad Pettiford, controlled Alabama in a 94-85 victory. Broome recorded 19 points and 14 rebounds, while five teammates also scored in double figures. Alabama struggled from deep, hitting just 5 of 26 three-pointers. Mark Sears led the Crimson Tide with 18 points, and Grant Nelson added 12 points and 12 rebounds.

After a loss this past weekend to No.1 Auburn, Alabama's MBK will begin a short road trip this week to take on the Missouri Tigers on Wednesday. Tipoff is set for 8:00 p.m. CT on SEC Network and Tide 100.9 FM WTBC & 1230 AM. Missouri defeated the Georgia Bulldogs 87-74 in a road win behind Anthony Robinson II's 15 points, 5 rebounds, and four steals.
