Alabama Basketball Has to Get its Confidence Back
Alabama basketball has fallen in four of its last six games, similar to the end of season stretch the Crimson Tide had last season before a magical Final Four run.

Alabama head coach Nate Oats does not equate this year's end-of-season slump to last year's, stating that last year guys would quit at times.
Despite the recent lack of success, Alabama is still one of the top teams in the country, ranked inside the top-10 in the Associated Press, NET rankings and Kenpom.
What is it going to take for the Crimson Tide to have success in the SEC tournament and the NCAA tournament? Should Nate Oats and Alabama push the players even harder in practice?
For Oats, one thing came to mind for Alabama to compete with the toughest competition in the country: confidence.
"We've got to get our confidence back to play with the top teams in the country," Oats said on Friday.
"We've shown we can," Oats concluded.
Alabama will look to re-establish its confidence by facing its toughest challenge yet amid the toughest season in college basketball - by taking on Auburn (the No. 1 team in the country) in Neville Arena on Saturday.
The state of Alabama has arguably played the best basketball in the country thanks to what Alabama and Auburn have done this season. Alabama sits third in the SEC right now at 23-7 and 12-5 in the SEC, while Auburn sits atop the SEC after clinching the regular season championship with a 27-3 overall record and 15-2 record in the SEC.
"I think some of the best basketball in the SEC has been played in the state of Alabama. The job Coach Peal has done has been unbelievable," Oats said.
