Alabama defensive lineman Jamil Burroughs has entered the transfer portal, according BamaOnLine's Charlie Potter.

The decision comes two weeks after it was reported that Burroughs was facing disciplinary action due to striking a staff member.

Burroughs played three seasons at the Capstone. He has seen time in 20 games, recording 15 total tackles (seven solo, eight assisted), three tackles for loss for 21 yards, and two sacks for 20 yards.

The Ga., native is a former three-star recruit from the class of 2020.
