Alabama Athletics announced that this season's single game football tickets will officially go on sale, beginning next week on July 11 at 9:00 A.M. CST. Tickets to five of the Tide's seven home matchups will be available with Auburn and Texas A&M having already sold out.

The Tide starts its 2022 campaign at home, facing off against the Utah State Aggies, who finished 11-3 last season and won the Mountain West. Led by senior quarterback Logan Bonner, Utah State ranked among some of the nation's best in terms of offense in 2021.

Alabama also takes on the ULM Warhawks and Vanderbilt Commodores in back-to-back weeks at home before heading out to Fayetteville for a showdown with the Razorbacks in Week 5.

While the home matchups against Auburn and Texas A&M are sold out, the Tide also plays Mississippi State and Austin Peay in Tuscaloosa in Weeks 8 and 12.

Alabama returns many of its biggest contributors from last season, most notably Will Anderson, Jr. on the defense and Bryce Young on offense.

Anderson is joined by a supporting cast that is beginning to sound like a preseason All-American team with players like Dallas Turner, Eli Ricks, Henry To'o To'o and more. Young is flanked by incoming transfers Jahmyr Gibbs and Tyler Harrell who should help alleviate some of what was lost to the NFL Draft.

Coming off of a somewhat disappointing 2021 year in which the Crimson Tide won the SEC but lost in the national championship, Alabama is looking to reclaim its grip on the world of college football in 2022.
