Alabama LB Commit Flips to Rival

Alabama's linebacker room will be one of its strengths in 2024, but the Crimson Tide noticed they'll lose their top three linebackers following the 2024 season.

Alabama previously had five linebackers committed when Sunday began. Now, the Crimson Tide only have four, as four-star linebacker Jaedon Harmon has flipped his commitment from Alabama to Tennessee.

Hayes Fawcett of On3 Sports was the first to report the flip.

The smoke of the flip began around Sunday morning, with multiple sources hinting that the move may be coming. Tennessee kept pursuing the highly-coveted linebacker even after Harmon committed to Alabama in April.

During his junior season, Harmon recorded 80 tackles, eight tackles for loss, and five sacks.
