Tuscaloosa, AL - The Alabama Crimson Tide is hoping for help to make the 12-team College Football Playoff, and the Crimson Tide got it last weekend.
The Miami Hurricanes dropped their second game in a loss to Syracuse, and the Clemson Tigers fell to the South Carolina Gamecocks during rivalry week. Alabama took care of business in the Iron Bowl to cement a 9-3 finish to the regular season and will hope for grace from the College Football Playoff committee.
