Alabama Schedules Home Game with Purdue

The Crimson Tide's 2025-26 men's basketball schedule is beginning to take shape, with Alabama already scheduling a return trip in a series with Arizona for mid-December.

Now, Alabama will get another return trip. Last season, the Crimson Tide traveled to West Lafayette, Indiana, to take on Purdue. Now, the Boilermakers will come to Coleman Coliseum, per a press release by Alabama men's basketball.

The game will take place on Thursday, November 13.

The matchup will be the third consecutive season Alabama and Purdue have matched up, with the teams meeting in Toronto, Canada, during the 2023-24 season and at Purdue last season.

Purdue defeated Alabama in both matchups, 92-86 in Canada and 87-78 at Purdue last season.

It will be the 11th all-time meeting between Alabama and Purdue, with the Boilermakers leading the series 7-3. Alabama's last win came in the 2011-12 season in San Juan, Puerto Rico (65-56).

This season's matchup with Purdue will be just the second time Purdue has traveled to Coleman Coliseum. The Boilermakers defeated the Crimson Tide in the 2009-10 season 73-65.

Both teams made the Final Four in the 2023-24 season and made the Sweet 16 in the 2025 NCAA Tournament. Purdue fell to Houston 62-60 in the Sweet 16. Alabama defeated BYU 113-88 in the Sweet 16 before falling to Duke 85-65 in the Elite Eight.

Tip off time for Alabama and Purdue from Coleman Coliseum will be announced at a later date.
