Alabama Softball Announces Reschedule Date
Alabama Softball has had to reschedule some games due to weather, and we now have a date for the Crimson Tide's contest against Jacksonville State.
The game was originally scheduled for February 28 in Jacksonville, Alabama, but inclement weather and rain in the state of Alabama postponed the matchup.
The Crimson Tide and the Gamecocks will now face off against one another on April 2. The game is scheduled for first pitch at 6:00 p.m. CT. The game will still take place at Jana McGinnis Field in Jacksonville, Alabama.
The Crimson Tide softball team is currently 12-1 overall, with the lone loss coming against South Alabama on March 2.
Before that, however, Alabama will begin SEC play, with their first opponent being the Florida Gators. The Crimson Tide will host the 13th-ranked Gators from March 9-11 for a weekend series.
