Nick Saban locked down another top-ranked recruiting class last week and didn't waste anytime getting to work on 2018.

Ever since his second recruiting cycle in Tuscaloosa, the Alabama head coach has pulled in on of the best classes in the country every single year. You spend more time trying to find a year where the Crimson Tide wasn't ranked No. 1 by at least one major recruiting service than one were they were at the top.

That success has turned into four national championships in eight seasons and two additional College Football Playoff appearances.

So what is Saban doing that sets him apart from his peers in coaching?

The Gary Harris Show got the chance to interview Chris Landry of LandryFootball.com. The former coach, scout, and analyst explained how Saban uses an NFL approach to recruiting and how that has benefited him.

Listen to this terrific conversation between Harris and Landry in the video at the top of the page.
