Bama All-Sports Weekend Wrapup
Outside Alabama's 24-21 homecoming win over Arkansas, plenty of other action took place on the campus. Here's a look at those plus some more football Tidebits.

Quote of the weekend
When asked what it's like to try and tackle Arkansas quarterback KJ Jefferson, Bama's Dallas Turner said, "Let me put it like this: Imagine me having to tackle Will Anderson. Just imagine putting Will Anderson at quarterback and having me tackle him. KJ is very heavy-set. He's definitely the hardest quarterback to ever tackle in college."
Diamond success
Both the Alabama baseball and softball teams got a pair of exhibition wins over the weekend. The baseball team took a pair Friday night from Auburn, 5-2 and 10-0 with home runs flying out of the Joe. The softball team took a pair from Wallace- Hanceville Sunday at the Rhoads House, 9-1 and 9-0. Patrick Murphy's team is 4-0 this fall.
Harris update
The news is better after former Tide running back Damien Harris left the Buffalo Bills' SNF game by ambulance after a neck injury. Bills officials Monday said Harris is expected to make a full recovery. Talk about answered prayer!
Bama in the polls
The Tide football team impressed the coaches more than the media Saturday. Bama is up to 8th in the coaches poll but remained at 11th in the AP. This week's opponent Tennessee is rated 15th by the coaches and 17th by the Associated Press.
Commitment watch
Nick Saban added to his 2024 recruiting class Sunday with the verbal commitment of three-star linebacker Myles Johnson of Brewton's T.R. Miller High School.
