Week nine had passed us by and with it comes the trade deadline. Expect big moves this week from a lot of teams. We saw a whole load of players move today with the deadline being at 4 p..m. et this afternoon. Some of those already traded players made big splashes this week, lets break it down.

Saints - 22 vs. Panthers - 23:

Kool-Aid McKinstry (Saints) - A tough hard loss for the Saints and one that came with a cost. McKinstry played really well coming up big on plays. With Lattimore now gone, expect McKinstry to see a lot more time on the filed.

Bryce Young (Panthers) - Getting a big win under his belt, and playing pretty well for a team that has now traded two of their biggest weapons away, Young stepped up big for this team. Proving he can be a leader, tossing the rock 16/26 times with a touchdown and one int. Not a blazingly impressive stat line, but still one that he was able to get a win out of. Look for Young to possibly get the nod to start going forward.

Dolphins - 27 vs. Bills - 30:

Amari Cooper (Bills) - One of the big trade deals two weeks before the deadline, Cooper and the Bills pulled out a big win over their divisional rival. While he was sidelined before the game due to a wrist injury, continue to watch Cooper as he figures out his place in the offense.

Tua Tagovailoa (Dolphins) - Only missing 3 of his 28 passes, Tagovailoa balled out in a tough loss for the Dolphins. Going for over 230 yards and two touchdowns, it was a great showing from him indeed. A tough season to swallow but continue to watch him ball week in and week out.

Jaylen Waddle (Dolphins) - It was another tough game for Waddle as it was again the Tyreek Hill show. Two catches for negative four yards but he still came out with a touchdown. Not ideal but when facing the Bills it is not surprising. Expect a bounce back game next week against the Rams.

Lions - 24 vs. Packers - 14:

Josh Jacobs (Packers) - 13 carries for 95 yards, an efficient game from Jacobs and one that he played very well in. Not the best result at the end of the game for the Packers but Jacobs still played incredibly well.

Jahmyr Gibbs (Lions) - 11 carries for 65 yards and one catch for 11 yards. Gibbs was again the firecracker starter for this offense giving them plenty of yards on the ground. The Lions look to be the team to beat in the NFC and this game with Gibbs helped prove that.

Player of the Week: Derrick Henry

Derrick Henry (Ravens) - Like I said last week, this may just be the King's award every week. Henry had 26 carries for 106 yards with two touchdowns. I mean.... enough said. The King will always be a force in this Ravens offense.

That's it for week nine's recap and insights. Check back Thursday for the week 10 outlook. Roll Tide and Beat LSU!!
