
Former Alabama Running Back Josh Jacobs Arrested, Booked on Five Charges
Former Alabama and current Green Bay Packer running back Josh Jacobs was arrested on Tuesday morning, according to Ari Meirov on X. The arrest stems from a May 23 incident.

According to the report, Jacobs was booked into Brown County Jail on five charges: battery/domestic abuse, criminal damage to property/domestic abuse, disorderly conduct/domestic abuse, strangulation and suffocation, and intimidation of a victim. The police report says Jacobs was booked on Tuesday morning, and the investigation is ongoing.
Jacobs denies all charges against him, via his attorney and a second report from Meirov on X.
Jacobs played his college football at the University of Alabama, where he played three seasons for former Alabama head coach Nick Saban. The Oakland Raiders drafted him in the first round of the 2019 NFL draft, where he spent five seasons with the franchise. He then signed with the Green Bay Packers and has been in Green Bay for two seasons.
