South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson announced on Tuesday the arrests of Henry Ervil Swinney III and Carson Alexander Radlein on eleven total charges stemming from the sexual exploitation of minors.

Swinney is the elder brother of current Clemson head football coach and Alabama alum, Dabo Swinney.

The Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) which resulted in the arrests of both Swinney and Radlein.

According to Attorney General Wilson, Swinney,(age 53), was distributing child sexual abuse material and Radlein was in possession of multiple files containing sexual abuse material.

He was arrested on Saturday, April 23 and is officially charged with one count of sexual exploitation of a minor in the second degree. The felony offense could cost Swinney up to 10 years of imprisonment.

Radlein,(age 22), was charged with 10 felony counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, third degree. He faces 10 years imprisonment for each count.

According to court records, Swinney was released on a $5,000 surety bond and Radlein was released on a $10,000 surety bond.

Swinney resides in Clemson, South Carolina, while Radlein is listed as an engineering major at Clemson in the student directory.
