CBS Broadcast of Alabama-Texas A&M Will Feature Johnny Manziel on ‘Johnny Cam’

The Johnny Manziel media circus will reach a crescendo on Saturday during the nationally televised broadcast of the Alabama-Texas A&M game. CBS will deploy a 'Johnny Cam' to follow the Aggies' quarterback no matter where he is on the field. 

Craig Silver is the coordinating producer of college football for CBS so he oversees the entire product for the network. He said talked about the emphasis they'll put on Manziel on Saturday.

No matter where he is and no matter what part of the game it is, we will have a shot of it," said  Silver. "If he is anywhere in sight of that camera, we will catch it.

 

You better believe that CBS will use as much of this footage as they can during the telecast. If you haven't had enough of the polarizing Heisman Trophy winner, you'll be exhausted with the subject by Sunday morning.
