In Alabama's 2025 NCAA Tournament victory over Robert Morris, Alabama was the team with the big man that could not be contained. Clifford Omoruyi, a 6-foot-11, 250-pound center who transferred to Alabama from Rutgers, helped lead the Tide to a tough 90-81 win over Robert Morris on Friday in Rocket Arena.

Omoruyi finished the night with 17 points on 8-8 shooting from the field while collecting four rebounds. 15 of his 17 total points came in the first half, where he was unstoppable as a lob threat from Alabama's guards.

"We knew it was going to be available because our coaches do a good job of game planning," Omoruyi said postgame. "Our screen coverage, we know our pick and rolls are going to be open every time."
