Crimson Tide Recruit Moves Up Commitment Date

Four-star defensive lineman Edric Hill has moved up his commitment date to August 22, 2022, at 6 p.m. CST.

The Kansas City, Mo., native recently released his top six destinations and put Alabama down as one of his final choices.

"I am ready. I really had that itch to go ahead and commit, so I moved it up a month. There is a school that feels like home for me, I have found the place I want to be, and there is no reason for me to wait until next month," Said Hill to On3Sports.

The upcoming senior ranks at No. 183 nationally, No. 27 in defensive lineman, and the No. 7 prospect in the state of Mo., according to 247Sports. 

Other programs in the mix are Missouri, Oregon, LSU, USC, and Oklahoma.

According to 247Sports' Crystal Ball Predictions, Alabama has a 100% chance to land the recruit.
