Former Alabama running back Derrick Henry signed his first NFL contract on Monday, which was also his first day on the job.

According to Titans Online, Tennessee has agreed to terms with six of the team's 10 draft picks. Henry, the 2015 Heisman Trophy winner, was the team's fourth pick in the 2016 NFL Draft and went 45th overall in the second round. That's good enough to land him a deal worth nearly $5.5 million.

Henry arrived in Nashville following a stellar junior season at Alabama. The massive running back finished with 2,219 yards and 28 touchdowns for the national champion Crimson Tide. He became a workhorse for Nick Saban's offense over the final four - and most important - games of the year by averaging 36.5 carries against Auburn, Florida, Michigan State, and Clemson.

All of the Titans' rookies reported to the practice facility to begin the offseason program. They will go through a number of meetings before the rookie minicamp begins on Friday.
