The Alabama football team remained indoors as it continued preparations for the Southeastern Conference Championship game matchup against No. 3 Georgia. The Crimson Tide practiced for two hours in the Hank Crisp Indoor Facility Tuesday afternoon.

“Practice has been going good,” said senior defensive lineman Damion Square. “We understand the task ahead of us, and we are going to try and play the best game possible. Guys have had great energy out there in practice.”

Alabamaholds a 36-25-4 lead with Georgiain a series that dates back to 1895. The teams will meet for the 66th time this Saturday in the 2012 SEC Championship Game inside the Georgia Dome.Alabama won the last meeting between the two teams in 2008 inAthens, defeating the third-ranked Bulldogs, 41-30.

Saturday's SEC Championship Game will be televised nationally on CBS, with coverage starting at 3 p.m. (CST). Verne Lundquist and Gary Danielson will call the game and Tracy Wolfson will join them, reporting for the sidelines.

The game can be heard locally on WFFN 95.3 FM, WDGM 99.1 FM, and WTSK 790 AM.
