Four More Alabama Football Players Enter Transfer Portal

The 2022 college football offseason is well underway and the transfer portal is active. The University of Alabama saw four more players enter the transfer portal.

Quarterbacks Stone Hollenbach and Braxton Barker, son of 1992 national champion Jay Barker, sophomore defensive back Clark Griffin and freshman tight end Colin Bryant have entered the transfer portal.

Only Barker has seen action among this group completing one pass for 10 yards against New Mexico State in 2021.

Alabama has now had several players enter the transfer portal after the season, most notably Jahleel Billingsley and Drew Sanders.

The Tide has now lost three quarterbacks with the loss of Barker, Hollenbach and Bear Bryant's great grandson, Paul Tyson.
